Amazing! Delicious chicken fried steak and chicken. Had some twice baked potatoes and okra...soooo good! Sampled some of my friends' dishes...perfection! Friendly people, good service, clean and beautiful restaurant. HUGE portions!! Wonderful tea!

I am really glad that we have a new place to eat lunch downtown. We had chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes, jalapeno cornbread and iced tea. The food was hot, fresh and had a lot of flavor! Be careful with the brown gravy. Taste it before adding any additional salt. The line is long, but you get through it pretty quick. The traffic never stops coming in, and I understand why. The facility is clean and there is plenty of seating. We will definitely be coming back to try other lunch items. Give it a try.

This review is really in response to Mr.Andy Mock, potatoes are most definitely not powdered. I know for 100 percent fact they are peeled every morning before the restaurant opens. They don't believe in cutting corners at any Lercys locations. Rest assured the cooks and owner are there by 7am every morning to prep and they go above and beyond in making sure your expectations are met. My suggestion is to give them another shot, your taste buds might of been having an off day because the food is fresh and amazing.

Lacey’s banana pudding was a standout dessert, creamy and flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness. The chicken fried steak was crispy , paired with rich, comforting mashed potatoes. The broccoli cheese casserole added a delightful cheesy goodness, making for a satisfying and hearty meal. Highly recommend trying this combination!

My coworkers and I saw that this place was new and decided to stop in. At first we were lost because we were waiting for a server to seat us. We quickly realized it was a cafeteria style restaurant. Upon approaching the food, we were greeted by the owner. She was extremely nice and answered all the questions we had about how to proceed. Once we received all the information we made our way down the line. Portions are abundant here and everything looked so amazing it made the choice of what to choose very difficult. What was even harder was choosing what dessert to get since one comes with the lunch special. We will DEFINITELY be coming back to try the other food options.
